You heard right, prawns! What is better than prawns in a curry? This blend is a perfect combination of flavours that will take your prawn curry to the next level. To top it off you don’t have to pay restaurant prices either! So load up your trolly with prawns galore and eat as much as you want!

All the spice mixes are from my own family recipes. They will give a rich depth of flavour to your curries. Use this mix on its own for perfect results, or be adventurous; add to it and adapt it to your hearts desire for your own delicious creation. The options are endless.

If you’re vegan simply substitute the butter and yoghurt for olive oil and coconut yoghurt or similar. Works a treat.
