Always a tricky one to get right don’t you think? Well now you don’t have to worry about a thing. I’ve taken out the hard work of balancing the right amount of spices for your fish curry. What’s more is that you can use this blend with any fish you like. My favourites are the usual suspects, Cod, Haddock, Monkfish or any other meaty white fish but you can go for Salmon, Trout and even Tuna! Whichever fish you choose you can be sure this blends will deliver a delicious fish curry in the end.
All the spice mixes are from my own family recipes. They will give a rich depth of flavour to your curries. Use this mix on its own for perfect results, or be adventurous; add to it and adapt it to your hearts desire for your own delicious creation. The options are endless.
If you’re vegan simply substitute the butter and yoghurt for olive oil and coconut yoghurt or similar. Works a treat.
