All the spice mixes are from my own family recipes. They will give a rich depth of flavour to your curries. Use this mix on its own for perfect results, or be adventurous; add to it and adapt it to your hearts desire for your own delicious creation. The options are endless.
If you’re vegetarian you can use the spice blend with your choice of meat free substitute. Just remember to adjust your cooking times. If you’re vegan simply substitute the butter and yoghurt for olive oil and coconut yoghurt or similar. Works a treat.
