Yes, that’s right BUTTER CHICKEN! I mean, seriously what’s not to like? This curry needs no introduction. Not like your usual restaurant style butter chicken, this spice mix is bursting with flavour and the recipe has just enough cream in that it enhances the flavours of the spices instead of drowning them out.
All the spice mixes are from my own family recipes. They will give a rich depth of flavour to your curries. Use this mix on its own for perfect results, or be adventurous; add to it and adapt it to your hearts desire for your own delicious creation. The options are endless.
If you’re vegetarian you can use a meat substitute and if you’re vegan simply substitute the butter, cream and yoghurt for olive oil, vegan cream and coconut yoghurt or similar. Works a treat. It won’t quite be butter chicken, but almost.
